Handcrafted Dyeing Process

Each piece of clothing, whether it's a top or a skirt, undergoes a unique hand-dyeing process using natural plant-based dyes after production. The garments feature intentional texture marks and subtle stains, adding an organic, vintage touch to each item.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our dyeing process, every piece is truly one-of-a-kind. Initially, there may be slight color variations, which will mellow and look more natural over time as the fabric oxidizes. Please note that different lighting conditions may affect the appearance of the colors.

Can I return or exchange customized products?

Customized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please carefully review our customization policies before placing your order to ensure it meets your expectations.

How do I provide my measurements for a custom order?

After placing your order, please provide accurate measurements of your height, weight, shoulder width, and three circumference measurements (bust, waist, hips). What is the shipping timeline for custom orders?

Typically, custom orders take about 7 days to prepare. However, during peak times or for particularly complex designs, it may take up to 15 working days. Please plan accordingly.

How long does it take to make a custom garment?

Once your order is placed and the fabric is received (which may take 2-3 days), it generally takes 4-6 days to complete the garment. We will keep you updated on the progress.

What if the garment doesn't fit as expected?

Due to the bespoke nature of custom orders, we offer one complimentary alteration if the garment doesn't fit as expected. Please contact our customer service at bycookieh@lumaporter.com to arrange this service.

Can I cancel my order after payment?

Once payment is made, we cannot accept cancellations or changes to the order. If you wish to cancel, please note that any fabric or material costs incurred will be your responsibility. We also reserve the right to repurpose any materials prepared for your order.
