  • Custom Products We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom products due to the personalized nature of these items. Please ensure you fully understand and agree to our non-returnable policy before placing your order. We encourage careful consideration before finalizing your purchase.
  • Custom Measurements After placing your order, please provide your height, weight, shoulder width, and the exact measurements of your bust, waist, and hips to our customer service team. To avoid any issues with the fit of your garment, it is crucial that these measurements are as accurate as possible.
  • Shipping Time Orders are typically shipped within 7 days. However, during peak seasons or for complex custom designs, it may take up to 15 business days. Please plan accordingly to ensure your garment arrives in time for your needs.
  • Production Time After we receive your payment, we will arrange the ordering of materials (which may take 2-3 days) and begin the production process, which generally takes 4-6 days.
  • Free Alterations In the rare event that your garment does not fit as expected, we offer a one-time free alteration service. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.
  • No Cancellation Once payment is received and production has begun, we do not accept cancellations or offer refunds under any circumstances. If you wish to cancel before production starts, any materials that have already been ordered will be retained by us without a refund, as they are considered part of the production cost.
